All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. We are unable to accommodate shipping names or shipping changes after an order has been placed.
Processing time for all orders made will be filled as eastern standard time and will be processed within 2-4 days for items in stock, if not even sooner. Our goal is to under-promise and over-deliver. Because of the variations that can occur in production and processing time, we cannot quote any shipping times other than what is stated above.
As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the postal carrier (USPS), we are no longer in control. The USPS does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.
Shipping Prices and Bank Charges
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to order processing, handling, and packaging of the products you purchase and delivering them to you.
The rates are based on real shipping cost, for the 48 contiguous United States and currently are included in the item price as a courtesy of the new product in the market. However, this rate will be deducted if any situation arises.
For international shipping, the rates are based on real shipping costs. The shipping rate will be charged separately from the product charge. Meaning that in your bank account there will be two different charges one for the product cost and one for the shipping cost. Make sure to include a working email so that we can send you the shipping charges receipt.
Products are packaged with only the essential packaging to make sure you receive our product from Living Well Laugh Often as quick as possible. Products are packed in a cardboard box with packaging peanuts to protect and prevent damage during shipping.
Order Confirmation and Tracking Emails
Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email via the email you provided. First, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and then an email with the tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to display properly online.
Occasionally we print labels in advance of the shipment being packed. This will generate a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, however, the order will not proceed until the package is shipped and received by the postal carrier. For International orders, another email will be sent with the receipt of the actual shipping charge.
Shipment of Order
We will ship orders to the address you indicate upon checkout. Orders are typically shipped via USPS. Once the orders are received by the postal carrier (USPS) Living Well Laugh Often is no longer responsible for the shipment.
You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier (USPS) for damaged or lost shipments
Estimated Order Delivery and Processing
USPS the carrier we use to send your product does not guarantee a delivery timeframe. However, in the United States shipments take around 2-4 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier.
Unfortunately, we do not offer express or overnight shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
International shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. Shipments are subject to clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Living Well Laugh Often is not responsible for customs delays.
International orders and local orders are shipped via USPS the carrier we use currently. Once the package leaves the United States soil, USPS does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states your package has arrived in its destination country, you must contact your local post office to work with them to have the package delivered.
Should any problems arise, you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS for damaged or lost shipments. We will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined and we will be happy to walk you through this process!
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are set by the destination country and become the buyer responsibility.
We are unable to mark a paid order as a gift.
Please check with your country customs office to determine the additional costs and delays could entail prior to purchasing.
We recommend that you combine your order with a few friends to save money on shipping costs.
You have 5 calendar days to return a physical item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Customers must return the item in its original packaging.
The item must not be opened.
The item must not be used.
The item must not be damaged.
The item must be returned with its original receipt.
No Refunds are permissible on sale items.
No refunds are permitted on the sale of digital products. All sales are final.

If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. All cards have different policies so check with your cardmember services.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees are not refundable for undelivered shipments.
Customers must contact Operator prior to the start of the refund and return process. Customers will be provided with a return number before they may begin the return.
